Security & Protection
An annual per-site protection plan: 24/7 uptime, DNS, and SSL monitoring, WAF, malware scanning every 30 minutes, IDS, DDoS mitigation, SIEM log correlation, and failover.
Maintenance & Support
Core, theme, and plugin updates tested on staging before production, security patching, database housekeeping, post-update QA, monthly per-site reporting, and direct rapid response.
WordPress Management
Content implementation and publishing under approved-messaging constraints, CMS upkeep, release management, and stakeholder feedback integration on a monthly retainer.
Accessibility Compliance
WCAG 2.1 AA audits, remediation coordination, continuous automated monitoring, and a monthly compliance report your legal team can file.
Migrations & Launches
Portfolio migrations between hosts or accounts, plus environment provisioning, DNS and SSL setup, go-live management for new brand sites, and compliant archival when a property retires.
